 If you have a problem with a shipped part, we are here to help you. Our return policy is meant to expedite your receiving a new or different part and at the same time saving you money.
- Pre-authorization from Factory Outlet Small Appliance is required. Please e-mail us or phone us at 204 774-1859 (central standard time, Monday - Friday - 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM)
- Non defective parts, excluding some shaver parts and electronic parts, may be returned within 30 days of invoice date providing that the goods and the original packaging are not damaged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We do not refund or exchange personal care products. Some shaver manufacturers offer a money back guarantee of their own. Replacement foils, screens, heads, cutters and blades are not guaranteed by the Manufacturer or by Factory Outlet Small Appliance. Consult your owner's manual for more information or telephone us.
- Freight must be prepaid and the value of shipment insured at the customer's expense. Customs Forms must be completed stating that the merchandise is being "RETURNED" or else you could be charged additional duty.
